Job summary
Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer / Project Manager to join our Tampa, FL office. You will lead roadway design and PS&E development for FDOT and local government projects across Florida, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
You will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure design quality and adherence to standards. The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and growth of ICE's transportation practice in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida required.
- 10+ years of progressive roadway/highway design experience, including PS&E packages.
- FDOT design standards, procedures, criteria, specifications, and plans preparation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager and/or Roadway Design Lead for local agency transportation projects and FDOT.
- Lead the development of roadway plans, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, reports, and documentation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
