Horrocks is seeking a Roadway Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to join our Transportation Team on a range of freeway, interstate, and roadway projects. You will manage design and analysis, prepare studies and cost estimates, and coordinate with clients and sub consultants while guiding teams to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, a P.E. license, and hands-on experience with Microstation OpenRoads or AutoCAD Civil 3D, with knowledge of DOT procedures and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Professional Civil Engineering certification (P.E.) is required.
• Experience with DOT plan preparation procedures and standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage design and analysis of freeways, interstates, interchanges, and roadways.
• Prepare studies, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and sub consultants.
• Lead project teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish.
