Job summary

Josh Pros LLC in Newark, OH seeks a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects on-site. You will manage client relations, coordinate stakeholders, supervise design reviews, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

CAD work and 3D modelling with OpenRoads will be part of duties. Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree, PE in Ohio or eligibility within 6 months, 6+ years in engineering design, and 2+ years in project management, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-Accredited Institution.
Registration as a Professional Engineer in Ohio or ability to obtain within 6 months.
6+ years of experience in engineering design (10+ years preferred).
2+ years of project management experience preferred.
Experience using CAD software; OpenRoads 3D modeling preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the complete scope of multiple projects to meet quality standards, budgets and schedules.
Perform CAD work as part of duties while guiding project teams.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and expectations.
Engage in business development through client relations visits and proposal work.
