Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation team in Orlando, FL. You will lead roadway design on projects ranging from intersections to interstates, coordinating with clients and internal staff to deliver safe, resilient infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience, a Florida PE or the ability to obtain within 6 months, and hands-on experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads/OpenRoads and FDOT standards; mentoring junior staff and engaging

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Florida Professional Engineer license, or ability to obtain within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional engineering discipline lead for roadway design on projects of varying size and scope.
• Mentor and provide direction to junior staff and design/drafters; develop project plans and schedules; ensure QA/QC compliance.
