Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license essential.
• 8+ years of FDOT and local municipal experience.
• Knowledge of FDOT Design Manual, FDOT Standard Plans, and AASHTO Greenbook.
• Strong design and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer construction plans per FDOT/AASHTO standards.
• Lead transportation design team on medium to large projects.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, and manage project delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with sub-consultants.
• Support marketing pursuits and staffing decisions for the office.
