• Manage discipline planning, work distribution, and adherence to schedule and budget on complex projects.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develops scope of work and level of effort; ensures adherence to scope and budget.
• Oversees completeness and accuracy of team’s technical output.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Coordinates technical aspects with clients and teaming partners.
• Leads discipline delivery on larger, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Collaborates with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Supports scheduling and distribution of work for other disciplines.
