Qualifications

• PE certification preferred in many disciplines.
• AICP certification may be required depending on discipline.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including proposal generation.
• Guide team to project objectives and review work for accuracy.
• Coordinate technical aspects with clients and partners across disciplines.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
