Job summary

Poutrix is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join their Cleveland team. In this pivotal role, you'll design and develop infrastructure projects, leading various project aspects and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of engineering experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a PE license.

The position comes with a competitive salary range of $126,592 – $161,405 depending on experience and location, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant engineering experience, including supervision of complex projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Familiarity with ODOT design standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the development of infrastructure projects for roadways.
• Perform various roles on multi-disciplined projects, including technical design and production lead.
• Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with standards.
