Qualifications

• At least 4 years of progressive experience in roadway or transportation design.
• Knowledge of AASHTO and DOT roadway design standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform design for transportation and roadway projects.
• Develop and oversee geometric design and traffic maintenance plans.
• Lead preparation of construction documents including plans and cost estimates.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Skills

Strong technical skills

Proficiency with design software (MicroStation, Geopak, OpenRoads Designer)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a collaborative team environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
