Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join our team in the Cleveland, Columbus, or Akron area. You will lead the development and design of infrastructure projects for roadways, including intersections and expressways, ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a PE license. You will mentor staff, present to clients, manage scopes and budgets, and apply CAD tools such as Civil3D and OpenRoads in accordance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience including supervision of large, complex projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct development and design of infrastructure projects for roadways (intersections, arterials, expressways).
• Participate in client-facing activities, presenting and managing client expectations.
• Mentor junior staff, develop project scopes and budgets, maintain project schedules, ensure quality and safety standards.
