Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statewide strategies for enforcing motor carrier tax, registration, size and weight laws.
• Manage Commerce and Compliance Division facilities statewide, including maintenance, capital improvements, and equipment operations.
• Formulate and revise commercial vehicle enforcement safety policies and procedures and ensure alignment with agency guidance.
