Job summary

T.Y. Lin International is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead a team on infrastructure projects across Arizona. Based in Phoenix, the role will manage complex road and bridge construction with emphasis on schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.

The candidate will oversee project scope, budgets, and coordination with agencies, contractors, and staff, ensuring technical excellence and compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field required.
• P.E. license required or eligibility for reciprocity in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application of project specifications and execution of plans.
• Provide written progress, technical and issue reports.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for project activities.
• Review daily inspection reports, sampling and testing documentation for acceptance.
• Coordinate with contractors on work and schedule.
• Manage project documentation and contract compliance.
• Analyze submittals and plans for construction efficiency.
• Negotiate, draft and review change orders.
