TYLin International is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead construction management efforts on multiple projects in Arizona, based in Phoenix with travel across the state. You will oversee project execution, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a PE license and 8+ years of experience in road/bridge construction, with a proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules on ADOT projects or similar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• P.E. license required and at least 8+ years of experience with complex road and bridge construction or eligibility for reciprocity in Arizona.
• Experience overseeing company staff, local agency staff and sub consultants; ability to work with clients to resolve issues.
• Ability to write effective and concise reviews, comments, and reports.
• Articulate in working with Contractors and team members to resolve field issues.
• Experience on ADOT projects or projects with ADOT oversight is preferred.
• Committed to client-focused solutions and collaboration in diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure application of project specifications and execution of plans.
• Provide written progress, technical and special issue reports.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for project activities.
• Review daily inspection reports and testing documentation for acceptance.
• Coordinate with contractor on work execution.
• Manage project documentation and ensure contract compliance.
• Review submittals and change orders; oversee project schedule to meet deadlines.
• Direct field staff and mentor on project/technical matters.
• Communicate with Agency personnel and senior staff daily/weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.
