Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
• P.E. license required with 8+ years of road/bridge construction experience, or eligibility in Arizona.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, write reviews and reports, and manage field staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application of project specifications and execution of plans.
• Provide written progress, technical and issue reports as required.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for project activities.
• Review daily inspection reports and testing documentation for acceptance.
• Coordinate work with the contractor and manage project documentation.
• Review submittals, change orders, and schedules to keep projects on track.
• Direct field inspection and mentor staff on technical matters.
• Communicate with Agency personnel and senior staff regularly.
