• Supervise and support nursing staff, conduct daily rounds, and address clinical needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
• Participate in resident care conferences and maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to support your team’s growth and positive change.
