Job summary

Campbell Street in Granger, IA seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee the health and well-being of residents, implement care plans, and provide expert nursing care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor health conditions, document changes, and communicate findings to physicians and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with orders; provide wound care and IV therapy as required.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs; provide guidance and training to ensure high standards of care.
• Coordinate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other professionals to optimize resident care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, ensure infection control, and participate in audits and quality improvement.
