Job summary

The role interacts with administrators, medical staff and stakeholders, guiding staffing, budgeting and policy implementation for safe and effective operations.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas with PSV compact status and permanent license within 60 days.
• Magnet-ANCC Case Management Certification within 1 year.
• Five years in inpatient case management/social work/utilization management; leadership experience required for HM candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work activities of department staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead staffing, budget compliance and policy implementation for safe operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching and performance evaluations for staff.
• Oversee Case Mgmt./Social Work reporting to align with organizational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory and accreditation standards.
