PruittHealth is seeking an RN for Home Infusion to manage nursing care for home infusion patients and supervise staff supporting infusion pharmacy services. The role includes performing home visits, patient education, and ensuring care meets INS standards.

The nurse will maintain records, develop plans of treatment, and coordinate with other agencies. Current RN licensure and CPR certification are required; CRNI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• 5-10 years nursing experience with infusion and management.
• Current RN license in state of practice; CPR certification.
• CRNI preferred

Responsabilités

• Make home visits to evaluate appropriateness for home infusion services.
• Teach patients and caregivers to participate in home infusion treatments.
• Provide nursing interventions per INS standards.
• Supervise RNs and LPNs in home infusion settings.
• Maintain clinical records to meet regulations.
• Coordinate services with other agencies and support pharmacy operations.
