Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an RN for Home Infusion to provide clinical nursing care to home infusion patients and to manage nurses supporting the infusion pharmacy. The role includes performing home visits, coordinating care, and ensuring documentation meets federal and state requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing and active RN licensure, with 5–10 years in infusion and leadership. Training and on-call duties are part of the responsibilities to support partners and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• 5–10 years of nursing experience with a concentration on infusion and management.
• Current, active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to evaluate appropriateness for home infusion services.
• Teach and train patients/caregivers to participate in home infusion treatments at home.
• Provide nursing interventions per INS standards.
• Supervise nursing staff supporting infusion pharmacy.
• Maintain clinical records to meet regulations and standards.
• Develop the Plan of Treatment with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Coordinate on-call duties and staff scheduling.
• Review nurse notes for billing and assist with pharmacy operations as directed.
