Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our LTAC partners. This role provides direct care to critically ill and medically complex patients in a specialty LTAC setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer treatments, and document findings. A valid RN license in the state or a compact state is required, with ACLS within 90 days of hire; BLS is required,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the position state, or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
