Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in a long-term care facility. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities include directing daily nursing activities, charting, administering medications, performing physical assessments, and coordinating discharge plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in the long-term care setting.

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff during shifts.
• Attend to surveys and participate in quality assurance activities.
