Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Towson, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents. You will monitor wellbeing and communicate any changes to the Care Plan, coordinating with the Health Services Director.

You will lead by example, assigning tasks to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses, while participating in ongoing resident assessments. Brightview offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a proud graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• RN license in good standing with your name on it.
• Two years of caring experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
• Show leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.
