Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC in Towson, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide personal care, support and companionship to residents in a high‑quality assisted living community. You will engage residents, monitor wellbeing and collaborate with the Health Services Director on assessments and care plans.

The role requires a valid RN license and at least two years of care experience in long‑term care or similar settings, along with a positive attitude and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and love working with people.
Proud graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
Registered Nurse license in good standing.
At least two years of caring for people in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care.

Responsibilities

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Engage residents while checking on wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
Collaborate with Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments.
Show leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.
