Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities to our residents in Maryland. You will monitor resident needs and coordinate with nursing staff to update care plans, while encouraging participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA or Medication Aide is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' needs and update their Resident Care Plan with the Nurse.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
