Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide personal care, support and companionship to our residents in Towson, MD. You will administer medications as outlined in each Resident Care Plan and engage residents to monitor wellbeing while communicating changes.

Work with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident conditions at state or Brightview-specified intervals, ensuring high-quality care and teamwork across the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as Registered or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, assistance and companionship to residents.
• Administer or assist with medications per the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents and monitor wellbeing; report changes to Care Plan.
• Collaborate with Health Services Director on resident assessments and documentation.
