Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Manager of Operations to plan, organize, and manage operations in collaboration with the Executive Director. The role includes direct oversight of administrative support services and oversight of clinic management to support our mission of caring for the communities we serve.

The position requires California RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and proven supervisory experience in healthcare. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage operations in conjunction with the Executive Director.
• Provide direct oversight of administrative support services.
• Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with managing clinics.
