Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Lubbock, TX seeks a Nurse III Registered Nurse Case Manager to perform highly complex nursing case management for individuals with medical and behavioral health needs. You will coordinate care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and lead nursing staff to ensure quality, person-centered services in a state facility.

Starting salary is $7,532.75 per month with potential additional shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in Texas or reciprocal state.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; BSN desired.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex professional nursing care for individuals with medical and behavioral needs.
• Coordinate care with IDT, LARs, direct care staff, and health providers.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop care plans; monitor health indicators.
• Lead nursing team, train staff, and ensure quality standards.
