Qualifications

• Must meet all qualifying standards of the Clinical Manager.
• Must be a licensed registered nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to all applicable regulations, standards, and laws and agency policies.
• Participates in the development of standards to ensure safe and effective service to patient/family.
• Supervises, guides and develops patient care personnel skills and performances.
• Consults with the Clinical Manager to determine staffing patterns and maximize utilization of staff.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, evaluating and terminating personnel; documents disciplinary actions.
