Job summary

Arcfield in Middletown, Rhode Island seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to manage DoD RMF processes, perform risk assessments, and author security documentation. You will review A&A system plans, develop risk analyses, and ensure compliance with NIST RMF standards.

Strong written and verbal communication are essential. The role requires familiarity with DoD, NAVSEA, and DISA STIGs; expected to lead RMF package development and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of professional cybersecurity experience and RMF
• Experience with RMF policy development and process improvement
• Strong knowledge of NIST SPs and RMF guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide disciplined, structured process for managing security and privacy risk
• Review A&A System Security Plan and POA&Ms; perform risk analysis
• Stay updated on Navy RMF policies and DoD/DON procedures
• Conduct independent security control assessments per NIST RMF standards
• Produce and maintain security documentation (Security Plan, Contingency Plan, BIA)
• Provide guidance in eMASS to team members
• Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills and collaborate with stakeholders
• Attend meetings and track action items to completion
