Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer to support a national customer in cyber security and information assurance. You will work on RMF and A&A activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop security requirements for complex systems.

The role involves producing analyses, briefings, and recommendations for senior government officials, coordinating with system development teams, and ensuring accreditation success through RMF guidance and security reviews.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Poly
• Supports core hours 0900-1500 Mon–Fri
• DoD 8570/8140 cyber certification preferred
• Experience with RMF, A&A, and RMF guidance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure RMF compliance
• Develop technical requirements
• Produce high‑quality papers and briefings for senior officials
• Provide status updates to cognizant assets and stakeholders
• Offer analytical security recommendations
• Identify security requirements for projects
• Participate in network design reviews and testing
• Coordinate with development teams on security implementations
• Review new systems for security implications
• Support IA audit readiness and RMF processes
• Provide A&A and RMF guidance to system owners
