Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer to evaluate and enhance cybersecurity posture within a DoD/IC context. You will analyze existing architectures, produce gap analyses, and develop roadmaps to achieve compliance with NIST, CISA, and related standards.

Collaboration with the Systems Engineering team will ensure cybersecurity is embedded in the overall architecture. Responsibilities include updating CCIs, delivering briefings to stakeholders, and supporting government contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated range safety knowledge.
• Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Support core hours 0900-1500, Mon–Fri.
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles and Systems Engineering (CM, requirements, architecture, interfaces).

Responsibilities

• Assess existing system design for cybersecurity posture.
• Produce a gap analysis to align cybersecurity posture with government standards (NIST, CISA).
• Develop a roadmap to meet compliance for government standards.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering to include Cybersecurity in the Architecture Model.
• Define, trace, and update CCIs within the Systems Architecture Model.
• Provide briefings to customer and government stakeholders on Cyber posture and mitigation plans.
