Job summary

Sabre Systems Inc. is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to provide senior-level ISSE support for a federal RMF-based cybersecurity program.

You will guide cybersecurity architecture, compliance, threat analysis, and continuous monitoring across information systems, OT, and hybrid cyber-physical platforms. You will produce executive-level deliverables, maintain RMF documentation in eMASS, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with DoD, DHS, USCG, and DISA STIG requirements.

Qualifications

• Nine years of progressive cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience leading RMF lifecycle and ISSE activities.
• Strong communication with senior government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead ISSE for information systems, OT and hybrid platforms.
• Lead RMF lifecycle from categorization to continuous monitoring and decommissioning.
• Maintain RMF documentation in eMASS (SSP, SCTM, POA&Ms, SARs).
• Conduct Security Readiness Reviews and analyze ACAS/Nessus data.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, DHS, USCG and DISA STIGs; support cATO.
• Mentor junior cybersecurity staff and improve processes.
