Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer/Program Manager to oversee contractor activities for a new maritime OT/ICS program and provide expert guidance on cybersecurity plans, waiver requests, and equivalency submissions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; OT/ICS experience may substitute for SME component
• Eight years of hands-on OT/ICS cybersecurity experience applying frameworks (NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443)
• Four years of project management experience including leadership and throughput management in U.S. Federal Government projects
• Expert understanding of OT network architecture, segmentation, and maritime systems
• Experience evaluating OT/ICS cybersecurity designs and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing high-volume regulatory or technical review operations using workflow tools/analytics
• At least one DoD 8140 SC‑A certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) and at least one OT cybersecurity certification (e.g., GICSP)
• Active DoD Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary COR point of contact ensuring accuracy and traceability of deliverables
• Coordinate a distributed review team; assign workload, prioritize, plan capacity, ensure quality
• Provide comprehensive status reports with workload metrics and trends to the COR
• Use workflow/case management tools to support high-volume regulatory reviews
• Conduct detailed technical reviews of equivalency requests ensuring regulatory alignment
• Evaluate whether proposed alternatives meet required security effectiveness; document analyses
• Draft signature-ready correspondence with technical justifications and conditions
• Provide SME support for complex waiver requests and maritime OT/ICS plans
• Deliver internal training on maritime OT/ICS cybersecurity and review methodologies
