NVIDIA is building an RL Frameworks engineering team focused on open-source tools and infrastructure used by researchers, model builders, and partners. You will set strategy, build the team, and translate signals into priorities across VeRL, Miles, Slime, SkyRL, TorchTitan, and related stacks, tying them to Megatron-Core, Ray, Monarch, and Kubernetes.

The Senior Software Engineering Manager will recruit and develop managers, shape a US/APAC operating model, and ensure durable upstream

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of software engineering in distributed systems, AI frameworks, ML infra, HPC, or systems software, with 4+ years as an engineering manager.

Responsabilités

• Define RL post-training frameworks strategy and investment decisions.
• Lead and grow the engineering team across US/APAC.
• Drive cross-group collaboration with product, research, hardware, and open-source communities.
