Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems or AI frameworks.
• 4+ years as an engineering manager leading software teams.
• Experience defining domain-level technical strategy and multi-team roadmaps.
• Ability to influence and communicate tradeoffs to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own RL post-training frameworks strategy, prioritizing impact and feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams across training, inference, rollout, and orchestration.
• Build durable upstream contributions and measurable execution plans.
