Responsibilities

• Provide engineering supervision and technical oversight to a team on river and floodplain projects.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and career development for engineers.
• Coordinate with unit supervisors and program managers to deliver capital projects on time and within budget.
• Lead planning, design, and construction of river and floodplain management projects including revetment, levee, and floodplain repairs.
• Promote equity and engagement with partners, agencies, tribes, and the public.
