Zusammenfassung

The City of Greeley seeks a senior Risk and Safety Business Partner III to lead citywide risk management and safety initiatives. You will advise executive leadership, develop risk-control strategies, and oversee training, compliance, and performance metrics across departments.

Reporting to the Risk & Safety Manager, you will steward workers' compensation, injury prevention, and incident investigations while coordinating with TPAs, brokers, and insurers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the job posting.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in risk management, insurance, EH&S, workers' comp, claims administration, or risk strategy.
• ASP, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Experience leading design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of enterprise- or organization-wide risk and safety programs.
• Experience managing TPAs, brokers, carriers, consultants, and other vendors.

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the City’s enterprise risk management and safety programs.
• Advise city leadership on complex risk, safety, and liability matters; oversee training and performance metrics.
• Oversee workers' compensation, return-to-work, and injury-prevention initiatives; coordinate with program managers.
• Develop citywide risk-management policies, goals, and reporting for performance measurement.
• Mentor risk and safety staff and collaborate across departments.
• Review contracts for insurance, indemnification, and risk-transfer provisions.
