We seek 8+ years of software development experience, with expertise in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript/React. The role includes hybrid work in SF/NYC areas and competitive total rewards including equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to design, build, and test production-quality code and architecture for complex projects.
• Experience owning a project end-to-end from design through rollout.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test infrastructure capabilities for Risk products.
• Lead complex projects end-to-end with cross-functional partners.
• Scale one of the largest Ruby/Rails and TS/React apps.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Manage on-call reliability, security, and performance incidents.
