Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten or more years of experience in project management activities.
• Significant experience in project/program management, business management, operations, financial services, fraud, risk, strategy, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects and special initiatives for Fraud & Operations.
• Structure ambiguous problems, define workplans, identify dependencies, and drive execution.
• Coordinate with Fraud Strategy, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and partners.
• Develop recommendations and materials for senior leadership.
• Support CAO-related requests and prepare executive materials (QBR/MBR) and leadership updates.
• Translate complex information into concise executive narratives highlighting performance and risk.
