Crescent Heights is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to oversee enterprise-wide risk management for development, construction, and operating portfolios in the Miami area. The role emphasizes ground-up development, high-rise residential assets, mixed-use properties, and condo conversions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction-related risks, property and liability insurance programs, EPL and Workers’ Compensation exposures, and will collaborate with finance, legal, and asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• ARM, CRM, CPCU, or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risks across development, construction, stabilized assets, and condo conversion projects.
• Review contracts, loan agreements, development agreements, and project plans to assess exposure and ensure risk transfer.
• Conduct site visits and field assessments across active construction sites and operating properties.
• Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and legal counsel to structure coverage and manage claims.
