Qualifications

• 5–7 years of risk management, brokerage, underwriting or claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of Controlled Insurance programs, Builders Risk, Pollution and Professional Liability coverages.
• Designations CRIS, ARM, CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be key risk management resource for internal development and construction teams.
• Place and maintain insurance exposures; collect, compile and analyze data.
• Maintain program documentation for Controlled Insurance Programs.
• Prepare analysis of brokers’ marketing efforts and quotations.
• Maintain insured schedules and provide detailed policy summaries to lenders and tenants.
• Review insurance docs for compliance with agreements and adequacy.
