Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to mitigate exposure for Amcor Rigids Packaging Solutions North America (RPSNA) by leading insurance and claims practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving root-cause analyses of losses.

You will develop and direct programs, oversee audits, mentor staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve risk transfer, forecasting and service delivery, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with insurance-related activities.
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct an RPSNA risk program to transfer risk and manage claims.
• Coordinate audits of partner companies and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead and mentor RPSNA personnel on insurance services.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships across RPNSA organization.
