Network180 seeks a Senior Risk Manager to lead the organization’s risk program in collaboration with the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management. The role covers enterprise risk across clinical safety, operations, finance, legal, technology and governance.

The ideal candidate has healthcare risk management experience, leadership ability, and skills in regulatory interpretation, analysis, and cross-functional training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/public admin or related field.
• At least six years in healthcare risk management, compliance, quality or patient safety.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and incident analysis.
• Solid understanding of Medicaid, HIPAA/HITECH, 42 CFR Part 2, and Joint Commission/CARF.
• Experience leading risk activities and collaborating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance Network180's enterprise risk management program.
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and analyze risk across clinical, operational, financial, legal, and regulatory domains.
• Educate and empower staff to adopt risk mitigation practices.
• Report findings to executives and regulatory bodies.
