Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, accounting or related discipline, with preference for Masters Health Administration (MHA) / Masters Public Health (MPH)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare internal audit, regulatory compliance, ERM or related internal control positions
• Experience leading project based work with milestones and workflow driven by objectives and defined timelines
• Proficiency in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
• Job relevant certification
• Ability to travel to meet client needs and work collaboratively with others in-person and remotely
• Openness to workday flexibility, agility, remote work environment, leveraging new tools
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Established experience in multiple industries or subject-matter expertise in one specific industry
• Demonstrated success in high pressure scenarios

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment management interviews and development of internal audit plan or compliance program
• Perform review of deliverables including risk narratives/flowcharts, gaps and remediation
• Lead closing meetings with clients to confirm deliverables
• Maintain responsibility for engagement economics and billing
• Manage multiple clients, projects and teams to oversee a book of business
• Mentor teams and develop future leaders within the firm
