Network180 seeks a Senior Risk Manager to lead the organization’s risk program across clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory domains. You will partner with the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management to implement the enterprise risk framework and drive improvements with senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has healthcare risk management experience, leadership, and a collaborative approach to educate staff and improve safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health/administration related field.
• At least six years of healthcare risk management experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management and incident reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, HIPAA/HITECH, 42 CFR Part 2 and related regs.
• Experience investigating incidents and driving improvements.
• Ability to analyze data and apply evidence-based practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience interpreting regulations, contracts and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
