• 5+ years of experience consulting with senior executives and strategy building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement independent risk analyses and plans to mitigate risk in GEA risk management practices.
• Present risk topics to senior management in enterprise risk forums and ensure governance.
• Advise on development and management of new policies, standards and procedures.
• Stay current on emerging risk and implications related to accountable domains.
• Collaborate with colleagues across organizations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate program activities and deliverables for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Provide risk consulting to multiple Business Areas as a thought leader in risk management practices.
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends and influence action.
• Balance multiple priorities to drive business value and support team objectives.
