Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to support the Director of Risk Management across claims, data/analytics, and broader insurance operations for a diverse real estate portfolio. The role emphasizes claims handling, litigation support, and risk reporting with a focus on Origami Risk data management.

The ideal candidate has about 5 years in claims management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exposure to commercial general liability, property, environmental, or other insurance claim types.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in claims management or related fields.
• Experience coordinating insurance claims and litigation with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment.
• Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims and litigation from start to resolution.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, adjusters, and outside counsel for claims handling.
• Maintain trackers, reporting tools, and case files for portfolio visibility.
• Provide insights on open claims, loss experience, and exposures for program admin.
• Implement and administer Origami Risk data system and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and reviewing loss runs and reports.
• Process COIs and ensure lender and lease compliance across properties.
• Maintain organized digital filing of policies, endorsements, COIs, and quotes.
