Acrisure is seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing insurance agency. This role supervises AP/AR, reviews agency billing, oversees commission revenue reporting and reconciliations, and manages a small accounting team including external and overseas resources.

Competenze

• 5+ years of accounting with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Experience coordinating with carriers to resolve accounting and commission discrepancies.
• Hands-on management style with experience leading accounting staff.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including data analysis, reconciliations and reporting.
• Knowledge of insurance agency accounting and carrier reconciliations.
