Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in risk management or financial services.
• At least 4 years of program management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
• Masters Degree welcomed; 6+ years of cross-functional risk program leadership preferred.
• 6+ years of financial services risk management experience; 3+ years in Agile/design thinking.
• CRMA or CRCM certification; PMP/Lean/Six Sigma certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk management practices with business teams and stakeholders.
• Lead risk framework discussions and drive solutions to improve risk profile.
• Participate in risk forums and reporting routines and improve risk practices.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes or control environment.
• Synthesize data and deliver proactive business insights from analysts data.
• Collaborate across risk, compliance and other support functions to achieve objectives.
• Set direction and lead cross-functional teams.
