Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a risk management role, preferably in Banking & Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, risk management.
• Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
